Do you charge for quotes?
Quotes for standard cold room and refrigeration projects are prepared at no charge. For projects that require extensive engineering, detailed design work or an on-site survey, the scope and terms of the service are agreed with you before any work begins.
Do you give a warranty on turnkey projects?
Yes. On every turnkey project we design and install, we give a one-year workmanship warranty and a two-year materials warranty.
How does the project process work?
First we take measurements and present preliminary drawings. We then select the right materials and prepare a 3D design. Once the design is approved, we share an activity plan, and the installation is completed and handed over under the supervision of our team.
What panel thicknesses do you use for cold rooms?
We use 80 mm polyurethane panels for chiller rooms and 120 mm panels for freezer rooms.
Which industries do you work with?

Can we monitor the systems remotely?
Yes. Systems can be controlled and monitored remotely with PLC/SCADA, and the control equipment provides continuous data logging, HACCP reports and alarm management.
