Blast freezer rooms freeze products as quickly as possible before they go into cold storage, without affecting their quality.
Our refrigeration systems are designed to run reliably at maximum efficiency.
Blast freezer rooms use special evaporators.
The refrigeration unit is built as a complete package with its electrical panel.
Because the blast-freezing evaporators are purpose-built, they have air deflectors so that air is not blown directly onto the product, protecting its quality.
Our blast freezing units come in a wide range that can operate at ambient temperatures of +35 °C, +45 °C and +50 °C.
A wide range of condensing units and custom options covers different capacity needs.
